Terms of Service

Last updated: July 15, 2026

Maintained by Tripa. These terms are a contract between you and [Company legal name] governing your use of Tripa. By creating an account you agree to them.

This document uses bracketed placeholders such as [Company legal name] where the operator must supply specifics. Have qualified counsel review before relying on this text in production.

1. Acceptance

By using Tripa you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Tripa on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. The service

Tripa is an AI-assisted travel operating system that plans, books, and manages business and personal trips. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.

4. Autopilot bookings

When you enable autopilot, Tripa acts as your agent to search, compare, and book travel within the policy and budget you configure. You remain responsible for approving policies, verifying booking details, and honouring the terms of the underlying supplier (airline, hotel, car rental, etc.).

5. Third-party suppliers

Bookings are ultimately provided by third parties under their own terms and conditions. Tripa is not the operator of transportation, lodging, or other travel services and is not liable for supplier acts or omissions.

6. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing rate limits and security controls.
  • No use to submit fraudulent expenses or falsified receipts.

7. Subscriptions & billing

Individual plans are billed to the account holder. Company plans are billed to the company account per its subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with prior notice.

8. Intellectual property

Tripa and its content are owned by [Company legal name] and its licensors. You retain rights to data and content you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process it to operate the service.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tripa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach or misuse. Certain provisions survive termination (IP, liability, disputes).

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
